How to opt out
BrightOS does not sell personal information for money. We may use optional marketing technologies to measure campaigns or support targeted advertising only after you choose Marketing consent. To opt out of optional marketing technologies, open Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and select Reject optional, or turn Marketing off in Customize.
You can also contact us at info@thebrighthotel.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share request.” Include enough information for us to process the request, but do not send sensitive information by email.
Global privacy control
Where required by applicable law, we will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device. You may still see general advertising that is not based on personal information.
Other privacy rights
Depending on your state, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain or limit the use of personal information. These rights are described in our Privacy Policy. We may verify requests as required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
Authorized agents and appeals
If your state permits an authorized agent to submit a request, the agent may contact us with proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing info@thebrighthotel.com with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line.
