Our accessibility goal
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is the technical accessibility benchmark commonly used alongside ADA website accessibility reviews in the United States.
What we are improving
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labels for assistive technology.
- Alternative text and equivalent information for meaningful images.
- Color contrast, readable text and reduced-motion preferences.
- Accessible navigation, consent controls and interactive elements.
Feedback and support
If you encounter a barrier, need information in an alternative format or need help using a BrightOS page, email info@thebrighthotel.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please include the page address, the issue you experienced and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if relevant.
We review accessibility feedback and will work with you on an accessible way to provide the requested information or complete the requested action.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We continue to review the site with automated checks, keyboard testing and manual review. Third-party services or linked experiences may have their own accessibility practices and controls.
