What cookies do
Cookies are small files or similar browser technologies that store information on a device. They can support site functionality, remember choices, measure performance or support advertising. We use the minimum necessary technology for the website to work and request permission before using optional categories.
Categories we use
Necessary
Necessary storage supports security, navigation, consent preferences and basic site operation. These technologies cannot be disabled through the consent banner because the site may not work correctly without them.
Analytics
Analytics technologies help us understand visits, page performance and interactions so we can improve BrightOS. These technologies are activated only when you select Analytics or Accept all.
Marketing
Marketing technologies may measure campaigns, support advertising or personalize communications. These technologies are activated only when you select Marketing or Accept all. Google Tag Manager is not loaded until you grant Analytics or Marketing permission.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to manage approved tags in our container. Tag Manager itself is loaded only after an optional consent choice. Individual tags may apply their own settings and may be controlled through your consent preferences or the relevant third-party service.
Manage your choices
Use the Cookie settings control at the bottom of the site to reopen the preference panel. You can accept all, reject optional technologies, or choose Analytics and Marketing separately. Browser settings can also be used to delete or block cookies, although blocking necessary storage may affect site functionality.
Your consent choice is stored locally so we can remember it. You can change it at any time; changing your choice does not retroactively erase information already processed by a service.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our technology or legal obligations change. Questions about cookies can be sent to info@thebrighthotel.com.
