Our Founder's Story.
Bright started with a simple belief: independent hotels deserve world-class technology without giving up their identity. As a hotel entrepreneur and hospitality industry executive for companies such as IHG, Juan has developed more than 25 hotels worldwide. His efforts over the last decade resulted in creating hotel optimization tools to reduce operational cost, increase revenue, and guest satisfaction.
We built BrightOS to remove operational noise so hoteliers can focus on creating unforgettable guest experiences. Our approach is practical: use AI to handle repetitive work, connect the systems properties already run, and give teams one intelligent command center that helps them grow profitably while staying independent.
