The Bright ecosystem

BrightOS, the operating system for modern hotels.

One operating layer connects the most critical hotel workflows (booking, arrival, identity, access, guest messaging, payments, operations, and revenue) and orchestrates them in the background.

What BrightOS
actually does

Most hotel software assumes someone will sit in front of a screen all day. BrightOS is built the other way around.

It's an AI operating layer that connects your PMS, RMS, payments, locks, and channels, then orchestrates the work in the background.

When something happens
BrightOS acts

It applies your policies and runs the right actions automatically: opening tickets, updating folios, blocking rooms, messaging guests, often several at once.

Your team stops being the switchboard and starts being with guests. BrightOS stays invisible: minimal training, reports when you want them, policies you can change anytime.

BrightOS routing hub

Built around people, not screens

Fragmented systems steal time from the lobby. BrightOS minimizes the interface and meets people where they are:
phone, iPad, text, WhatsApp, or voice.

One calendar for rooms, guests, issues, and tasks,
plus an AI agent you can talk to anytime.
Change policies in plain English when your operation evolves.

Write policies, not code.

Policies are plain-English statements that tell BrightOS how your hotel runs: pool hours, cancellation rules, escalation paths, tone of voice. Every policy is one less thing your team repeats, and one more reason a guest gets an answer in seconds.

BrightOS ships with industry defaults. Use the Smart Policy Editor to add, edit, or resolve conflicts without an engineering ticket.

What does a
policy look like?

Super early check-in

If a guest inquires about super early check-in (significantly before standard early check-in or before 1:00 PM): If the guest reaches out on their arrival day, escalate to staff to confirm whether a super early check-in is available and what fee applies. Inform the guest that staff will review and follow up with availability and pricing once confirmed. Never quote or promise super early check-in automatically.
